What You Do
- Receive pre-qualified tenants with full context budget, area, move-in date, must-haves, conversation history
- Confirm appointments and conduct viewings across Bangkok condos near BTS/MRT, serviced apartments, studios
- Advise customers on neighborhoods, commute, building quality, hidden costs
- Negotiate lease terms between tenants and landlords
- Manage closing e-signed contracts, deposits, handover
- Build relationships with landlords and building juristic for getting more inventory
- Feed ground-level insights back to our growth team what renters want, which buildings have issues, where demand is shifting

Who You Are
- You know Bangkok's rental market (which areas expats and nomads actually want, what's overpriced, what moves fast)
- You've done lots of rental transactions as an agent, property manager, or on a developer's leasing team
- Fluent in English + Thai (tenants are mostly international, landlords are often Thai)
- You're fast (Bangkok rentals have short decision windows)
- Comfortable with tech familiar and use AI tools on daily basis
- Commission-only works for you because rentals are a volume game and you can close a lot
- You can navigate Bangkok efficiently alone or together with customers.
