Manage and oversee replenishment operations to ensure optimal stock availability, efficient picking processes, and high inventory accuracy, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
- Supervise daily replenishment activities to ensure timely stock movement from reserve to picking locations
- Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment to prevent stockouts and operational delays
- Coordinate with inbound, inventory control, and outbound teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and execute replenishment tasks in WMS in alignment with operational plans
- Monitor WMS data to analyze replenishment performance and drive process improvements
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on replenishment performance, stock issues, and discrepancies
- Lead, manage, and develop the replenishment team to achieve KPIs effectively
- Support inventory reconciliation and investigate stock variances related to replenishment
- Identify and escalate issues related to slow-moving, aging, or misplaced inventory
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Requirements
- Open to all genders
- Age between 25–35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in replenishment or inventory control (e-commerce is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work under deadlines and pressure
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Able to work in shifts
- Able to work in Samutprakarn (Bangna Trat Km.23)
- Able to work 6 days per week
