Report and support controller (Junior Level - Finance Dept.)

Job Description

• Tasks in the context of project e.g. forecast HC, forecast specific cost, project calculation etc.
• Manage and support tasks/process of CTG team (Write-off/back, Deepdive, myMeasures TP-BP).
• Implement supporting report as Adhoc-tasks
• Support other administrative tasks as requested for e.g. BP, CF and MBR.
• Responsible for central reports for CTG team e.g. Sale FC, IDC report, Investment tracking, TEF working hour and etc.
• Tech. cost center review & reponsibility (QMC, HRL, DBE, etc.).

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration.

Qualifications:

• Good command in English.
• Basic knowledge about budgeting, actual check, presentation skills.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams, with other departments, locations, entities and with different level of hierarchies.
• Ability to work under pressure and keep tight due dates.
• Excellent presentation skills and being able to present result of ProCal, EVOB, etc.… up to executive management of plants, BU, region.
• Reliability / working self-responsible with limited guidance/support bysupervisor.
• Being able to execute complex calculations and strong logical thinking.
• Entrepreneurial thinking..
• Commercial knowledge as background.
• Strong affiliation with IT tools (e.g. SAP).
• Strong decision making and being able to present / impose to other colleagues / departments.
• Strive to improve / develop current tools / processes and provide solutions across the plant / BU.
