Responsibilities
Sea Freight (SEA)
- Arrange and manage booking with shipping lines and freight forwarders (FF)
- Coordinate container pick-up and empty container return
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) and Verified Gross Mass (VGM) to shipping lines
- Prepare House Bill of Lading (HBL) / Bill of Lading (BL) and verify accuracy of BL documents
- Verify and confirm customs declaration documents and tax invoices
- Check accuracy of invoices and related shipping documents
- Monitor import and export shipment status and provide updates to customers
- Coordinate cross-border shipments, including third-country shipments
- Resolve operational issues such as documentation errors or space availability problems
- Prepare reports as requested by customers
- Coordinate with Regional teams (USA, Europe, Asia) to resolve vessel space issues under the Goodyear bidding process

Air Freight (AIR)
- Check and book air freight space with airlines or service providers
- Verify accuracy of Air Waybill (AWB) documents
- Check and confirm invoice accuracy and related documents
- Monitor flight schedules and shipment status, and provide updates to customers
- Coordinate with airlines and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations
- Handle and resolve operational issues during the transportation process
Qualifications
- University Degree logistics or equivalent and least 1 years of experience in Customs Clearance (Air import/export) field Can Communicate with all levels
- Computer Literacy
