Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and curious Research Analyst to drive market intelligence, insights, and data-backed recommendations that influence product strategy and business growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong research capabilities with quantitative analysis skills to identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitive opportunities, and market dynamics.

This role requires a structured thinker who can transform complex data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and publish derivatives (options/futures) strategies based on market view, volatility, and OI data
• Track F&O data — OI buildup, PCR, max pain, rollover trends, to inform published strategies
• Create daily/weekly technical calls, market outlook notes, and trade idea content for the platform and client channels
• Deliver client-facing content — webinars, videos, social media commentary — to build platform credibility and drive trading activity
• Ensure all recommendations carry proper risk disclosures and conflict-of-interest disclosures per SEBI RA regulations
• Track and report the performance/accuracy of past calls
• Maintain personal trading/holdings disclosures as mandated under SEBI RA norms

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Research Analyst in the broking industry
• Valid SEBI RA (Research Analyst) certification
• Strong grip on charting tools (TradingView, Amibroker, etc.) and options strategies
• Ability to communicate views crisply for public/client-facing audiences
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-market environment with compliance discipline
