R&D Process Engineer

Normal working day

· Monday to Friday or to Saturday at 08.00 – 17.00 (5 or 6 days/week)

Responsibilities

· Research and develop new sustainable materials and products which is business related develop requirements with help of Operations manager and HGS R&D team.

· Improve existing products manufacturing with better production efficiency and cost reduction and maximum levels of profitability for the company.

· Implements new process technology in terms of process and materials and products in line with expectations of company and guideline from operations Manager which is already in the pipeline.

· Initiative to find out new technics and materials to support the factory and overall deSter products range with proper coordinate actions together external supplier and internal team

· With cooperation with Operations Manager proposes and objectives for the new development and investment program in line with cost saving program implementation.

· Responsible to manage the project each time with proper time frame and target.

Qualifications

· Bachelor or above in Engineering background such as materials engineering, chemical engineer, industrial engineering, automation engineer or related fields.

· Minimum 3 years of R&D and Process experience in Food packaging service industry.

· Have experience in bagasse, pulp and paper and fiber material/process.

· Automation engineers and auto card skill an additional advantage

· Strategy and leading the project.

· Good communication & Presentation skill

· Work with machine and mold for testing and finding the results.

· Different plastic and non-plastic materials knowledge

· Engineering and R&D skill.

· Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Experience with auto CAD will be helpful

· Good communication in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication and presentation skills.
