Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lam Luk Ka for a Research and Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing innovative pet food products, conducting and analyzing research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additionally, tasks include monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and staying current with advancements in pet food technology and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and demonstrated ability to drive innovation.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings clearly.
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills to execute testing and ensure product quality and safety.
• Knowledge of pet nutrition and food science is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and solution-driven under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
