Position : Research & Development Supervisor( Products : Abrasive , Sand paper )
Work location : Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hours : Monday - Friday and 2 Saturday/Month ( 08.00 - 17.00 )
Role Description
- Conduct research and development activities to enhance the performance, quality and features of our abrasive and sandpaper products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings
- Design and carry out experiments, tests and prototypes to validate product concepts and specifications
- Analyze research data and findings to make recommendations for product improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and competitor products to inform the innovation process
- Contribute to the development of new products and methods to improve efficiency and productivity
- Document research activities, findings and recommendations in detailed reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Sciencein majorChemistry, Industrial chemistry , material scienceor relevant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Research & Development, preferably in the abrasive or coatings industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Passion for innovation and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
