Research Engineer / Principal Research Engineer (RFID)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, initiate, plan, develop and conduct technically complex research projects.
• Explore, design, develop and validate innovative analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits and systems to achieve the state-of-the art performance.
• Initiate, conduct and participate in the development of international patents.
• Identify and conduct research funding activities.
• Participate in strategic research planning, technology, and research road mappings.
• Participate in technical reviews, including specification requirement review, architecture design review, and critical design review.
• Networking and collaborating with external academia and researchers.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a relevant science or engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog, mixed-signal and RF IC design and silicon prototyping.
• Great track record of executing research projects to successful
• Strong research capabilities and disciplines.
• Passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, and team player.
• Great command of English language.
