As Reservation Sales Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To control room availability.
- To be responsible for reservation processes.
- To coordinate with Sales Office on all types of groups and group tour reservation.
- To prepare reports and other documents i.e. Room Reservation Weekly Forecast, VIP or State Visit lists.
- To control reservation communication costs.
- To make decision on acceptance or non-acceptance of reservations with or without conditions on facsimiles or emails.
As Reservation Sales Agent, We Expect From You
- Bachelor's Degree in hotel management or relevant.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Reservation Department.
- Proficiency in English and in Computer skills.
- Possess good leadership skills and team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
