Job Scope

The Reservations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day reservation operations and providing administrative support across multiple hospitality properties. The role focuses on handling booking enquiries, managing inventory and payments, maintaining accurate guest data, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth reservation processes and a professional guest experience from enquiry to confirmation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Booking Management

  • Handle reservation enquiries for all assigned properties via email, social media, OTAs, and offline channels.
  • Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and booking conditions.
  • Process and input reservations into the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Issue booking confirmations and related correspondence promptly
  • Manage room inventory and availability across channels

Payments & Administration

  • Coordinate payment processing in collaboration with the Accounting team
  • Ensure accurate records of payments and booking documentation
  • Prepare expected arrival and occupancy lists for operational use

Guest Data & CRM

  • Maintain and update guest database and CRM records
  • Track guest history, preferences, and spending patterns to support personalised service and repeat business

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Support the Marketing team in developing sales collateral, printed materials, and mailers.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and sales initiatives
  • Proactively source potential business opportunities through market research, demographics, and partnerships

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Liaise with operations, marketing, and management teams to ensure booking accuracy and service alignment
  • Support overall reservation operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Vocational or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a reservations or similar role
  • Good command of written English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude with a service-minded approach

Preferred

  • Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Experience working with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
  • Background in hospitality, travel, or resort operations

Salary:22,000 25,000 / month, depending on experience

Terms, Benefits and Conditions:

  • Full-time and based at our Nonthaburi office.
  • 12 holidays per year, plus 1 additional day for each year of employment.
