Job Description

As Resort Manager, we rely on you to:

Drive operational excellence by optimizing resort efficiency while maintaining the perfect balance between business objectives and guest satisfaction.
Provide dynamic, hands-on leadership to strengthen our market position through innovative initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with resort operating procedures, policies, and service standards while maintaining superior quality across all operations.
Comprehensive oversight of all operations departments, with particular emphasis on Food & Beverage operations.

We are looking for someone who:

Brings a minimum of 5 years experience in similar international luxury hotels or comparable hospitality establishments
Demonstrates exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, with proven ability to manage daily operations efficiently and effectively
Shows a consistently positive attitude, strong adaptability, and excellence in handling high-pressure situations with composure
Possesses comprehensive experience across multiple hospitality departments, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of resort operations
