Job Summary :
The Resort Manager plays a key leadership role in guiding the resort through its early operational phase, ensuring all departments run smoothly while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Responsible Property :
- La Solaya Khao Lak (Formerly Mukdara beach villa and spa resort)
- La Flora Khao Lak
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hotel/resort operations leadership, including pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of rooms division, F&B, and engineering coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
Job Descriptions :
- Coordinate and execute pre-opening timelines, including construction handover, snag list management, and FF&E installation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train department heads and key operational staff.
- Develop SOPs, service flow, and operational manuals in alignment with brand standards.
- Supervise all resort operations to ensure smooth daily function.
- Monitor guest experience, service recovery, and quality assurance during initial operation phase.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and performance KPIs during the pre-opening and ramp-up period.
