Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pattaya, Thailand, for a Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager at Alexa Beach Club Pattaya. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the dining areas and ensure high-quality customer service, quality, maintain the ambiance, and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, conducting training activities, leading customer satisfaction initiatives, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and optimizing the food and beverage offerings to enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Training experience
• Solid expertise and knowledge in the Food & Beverage industry and restaurant operations
• Prior leader experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Strong Communication skills and an ability to effectively collaborate with staff and guests
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff and meet operational goals
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
