We are hiring Restaurant Managers for our new venues - Margo at Soi Naradhiwas 10 / Felix near BTS Chidlom.
Your Role: You'll be the driving force behind our restaurant's success, combining hands-on operational management with strategic leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Operational Excellence:
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee smooth front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold the restaurant's image by ensuring cleanliness, proper uniforms, and adherence to appearance standards across the team.
- Lead by Example: Maintain and exceed service standards through effective leadership, inspiring the team to consistently deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
- Organize and attend management meetings, weekly staff meetings, and daily briefings.
- Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales, service, entertainment bills, and any additional reports as required.
- Ensure Food Safety & Hygiene: Enforce high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in food handling, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain the highest quality and prevent contamination.
- Maintain staff schedule
Team Leadership:
- Manage and inspire a team of restaurant staff, cultivating a positive and motivated work environment that aligns with the company's values and vision.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure top performance.
- Enforce policies and procedures with all staff.
- Ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed at all times by managing rosters, handling exceptions, reviewing time-off requests, and supervising staff to uphold service standards and maintain customer satisfaction
- Complete performance appraisals regularly and provide ongoing feedback.
Guest Relations:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with guests, ensuring personalized and memorable dining experiences.
- Ensure smooth floor operations by coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, maintaining high efficiency and guest satisfaction standards.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
- Manage and maintain bookings
Sales and Performance:
- Monitor and drive daily performance, identifying opportunities to boost revenue and control costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement promotions and initiatives (as needed).
Financial Management ( a plus):
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining the highest quality of service.
- Analyze sales and profitability data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Reports that are part of the job:
- Daily sales, service, entertainment, and management reports
- Weekly event cost, events & promotions program, maintenance report, and manager meeting reports
- Monthly inventory, transfer, and breakage report,menu engineering & analysis, events program, and promotions cost report
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing high-volume restaurants, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, expense management, and profitability analysis, is considered a plus.
- A guest-first mindset and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers, employees, and local stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
