Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead the service team and kitchen coordination.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards according to company policies.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Plan staff schedules and ensure efficient manpower allocation.
- Monitor costs, sales, and profitability, and assist in achieving financial targets.
- Support training and development of team members to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager and other departments for smooth communication and operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Thai restaurant or relevant Asian cuisine.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Open for foreign candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Thailand.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and team motivation.
