Job Description

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of TEAM to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead the service team and kitchen coordination.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards according to company policies.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
  • Plan staff schedules and ensure efficient manpower allocation.
  • Monitor costs, sales, and profitability, and assist in achieving financial targets.
  • Support training and development of team members to maintain service excellence.
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager and other departments for smooth communication and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Thai restaurant or relevant Asian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Open for foreign candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Thailand.
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and team motivation.
