Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phuket for a Restaurant Manager at Royal Phuket Marina. The Restaurant Manager will oversee restaurant revenue, daily operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include driving F&B revenue, leading restaurant staff; maintaining high standards of food and beverage service; addressing customer feedback promptly; and designing strategies to increase revenue. The role also encompasses ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations, while actively collaborating with the management team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and proven experiences in driving restaurant revenue
• In-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, including inventory management, quality control, and service excellence.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, train a dynamic team.
• Effective Communication skills to engage with both staff and clientele.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
