Restaurant Manager – The Gastro District
Working Location: One Bangkok
Key responsibilities include
- Overlook all restaurant daily operations and top-down management with head quarter.
- Managing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, events etc. including planning and purchasing raw materials.
- Co-developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets including long-term management.
- Training and ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality and service to all staffs (60+ staffs under the restaurant)
- Set up training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver high standard of customer service.
- Creating and maintaining menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations under Foods Group of ThaiBev.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management or Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Fluency in both Thai and English
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and managing budgets & restaurant staff attendance management.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends (Fri & Sat are required to work)
