Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Project Manager to join our team at MAGURO Group Public Company Limited, located on-site in Bangkok. The Restaurant Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management for new restaurant openings and renovations, while ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing logistics, monitoring project timelines, expediting processes, coordinating inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders to maintain progress and achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, with skills in planning, execution, and deliverables tracking
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely completion of project phases
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance
• Strong skills in Logistics Management for sourcing and supply chain coordination
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple ongoing projects
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with restaurant operations or the food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
