Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Retail Associate / Retail Associate to join the TUMI team at various locations. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who excels in luxury retail, sales performance, and team support while delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store targets
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers
• Support daily store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management
• Assist in training and coaching junior sales associates
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain brand loyalty
• Ensure store standards and TUMI brand guidelines are consistently met

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or premium brands
• Strong sales skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team-oriented with leadership potential
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
