Retail Construction Manager

Responsibilities;

• Manage and oversee construction and retail fit-out projects to ensure alignment with design, quality standards, and timeline
• Review and approve construction drawings, interior designs, and site revisions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings and material specifications (BOQ)
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and related stakeholders (local and international)
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within timeline and budget
• Lead and manage the team to ensure effective project execution

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related fields
• Experience in construction, interior fit-out, or retail projects
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to read and review construction drawings
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in special areas (e.g., airport or restricted areas)
