UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for a personwho would like to explore challenging yourself to create new design innovations to deliver the most enjoyable and convenient purchasing experience possible. This time, we are looking for members who can work together with us to create the world's best stores. This member will learn the principles of Fast Retailing's customer-first store design and the dynamism and meticulousness of store development by taking charge of the entire project. In the future, you will be able to take charge of flagship stores.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of store projects including large scale and flagship projects, from concept through opening. This role is not about simply following global design guidelines. We are looking for a Design and Construction Leader who can interpret, elevate, and sometimes challenge those standards to create powerful store environments that represent the brand at its highest level. Strong creative judgment and the ability to communicate design intent with authority are essential.
- You will work closely with cross functional teams and external partners, driving alignment while maintaining design quality, speed, and clarity across complex projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Facility Design, Interior Design or related fields
- Over 3-5 years working experience in supervising the production of design development and construction drawings
- Experience working in retail stores or similar facilities
- Experience in overseas projects or working overseas
- Experience in project management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to resolve problems after operational hours
- Experience using design CAD (Auto CAD) and Adobe software
- Experience using and learning BIM (Revit recommended)
- Skilled in the visual, written and verbal communication of design issues
- Availability for travel to all province and other countries when required
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00 (Able to work overtime or in holiday due to business need)
