Job Description

To support our continued growth and strengthen our people agenda, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team, working closely with senior management stakeholders and operational leaders to drive HR excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior management and operations teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring consistent implementation of HR and operational systems across Thailand
  • Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and employee development initiatives to support store and business-level growth
  • Provide expert HR consultation to line managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning based on business needs and future growth requirements
  • Identify, develop, and retain key talent in collaboration with the functional team and management
  • Conduct regular store visits to build rapport with front-line employees, assess work climate, and proactively identify potential labor or engagement issues
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports
  • Lead and coordinate training needs analysis; organize and facilitate training sessions as required by Head Office
  • Drive effective communication channels across all employee levels to maintain transparency and alignment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to retail, FMCG, or service-oriented industries
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Bangkok to various store locations
  • HR operations experience and familiarity with local labor regulations are advantageous
  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to driving tangible results
