Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering retail interior construction projects from initial client briefing through installation, handover, and project close-out. The role requires effective coordination with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage retail construction projects from briefing to handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and stores.
  • Review construction drawings, layout drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project assets and prepare monthly reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in retail construction, fit-out, exhibition, or project management.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of retail construction.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
