This is a full-time role for a Retail Manager specializing in furniture, based in Bangkok City. The position requires overseeing operations across all retail stores within Bangkok region, ensuring outstanding service and meeting sales performances. Responsibilities include driving sales, training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience within the furniture retailing industry, with both multi-store management experience and reseller/distributor management experience highly beneficial.
- Experience in Team Management, including training, motivating, and supervising staff to maintain performance standards and teamwork.
- Proven Sales abilities with a keen understanding of sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends for informed decision-making and performance optimization.
- Business Proficiency in English.
