Retail Operations Manager - Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of retail outlets to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and business strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage store managers and retail staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Prepare operational reports, sales analysis, budgets, and forecasts for management.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase sales.
• Improve operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity across all retail locations.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, procurement, and logistics departments to support business operations.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS/inventory management systems.
