Job responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Greet walk-in customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend sanitary ware products (e.g., faucets, showers, basins, toilets) that align with their preferences and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Close sales confidently and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to upsell premium products (e.g., luxury finishes, smart sanitary fixtures) or cross-sell complementary items (e.g., bathroom accessories, installation services).
- Promote ongoing promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
Product Expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on product care, warranties, and installation processes.
Sales Targets & Reporting
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Track customer feedback, and market trends, and report findings to Manager.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Store Operations
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Job requirements:
- Willing to work on weekends (with 2 rest days on weekdays).
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sanitary ware, home improvement, or luxury goods. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using SAP systems (optional) and basic MS Office tools.
- Self-driven, customer-centric, and results-oriented, with a passion for design and innovation.
