Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed store sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement promotional activities or campaigns.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Motivate and coach team members to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the jewelry industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the luxury or jewelry retail sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for sales and operational challenges.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Knowledge of jewelry products, materials, and industry trends is a plus.
    • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods.
