: - Manage and control store under responsibility as well as people management with effectively
- Manage to deliver result in excellent store atmosphere quality, sales achievement, stock management efficiency, fully involved with shop personnel management
- Initiate and develop any concern to response and meet customer satisfaction
- Operate working process according to company's regulation
- Control and monitor store performance on company standard including safety and shrinkage control

- At least 2-5 year Experience in retail business or related field
- Prosses good interpersonal, teamwork, leadership & planning
- Strong problem solving skill
- Ability and willingness to work in rotation upcountry
- Passion in service excellence and sales oriented
- Able to communicate in English, TOEIC 550 up is a plus (not a must)
- Knowledge in wine is an advantage (not a must)
