Sales Analysis & Strategy: Analyze and summarize branch-level Sell-out data to drive sales performance in alignment with established Sell-in targets.
Key Account Coordination: Liaise and collaborate with sales teams and branch managers across Key Account channels
PC Management: Supervise, monitor, and motivate Product Consultants (PC) or shopboy to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
Trade Promotion & Space Management: Plan and implement in-store promotions, including negotiating for premium spaces such as Pop-up stores or Display Zones.
POSM Management: Control and manage the distribution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and marketing collateral to maximize efficiency at each branch.
Store Performance Evaluation: Summarize and analyze overall store performance to provide strategic recommendations for improvement and development.
Training & Merchandising Support: Support Product Training sessions for floor staff and ensure strict compliance with visual merchandising and product display standards.
