Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Curriculum Design
- Design Holistic Programs: Develop comprehensive learning journeys including onboarding, product expertise (gemology & craftsmanship), and advanced selling techniques.
- RAVIPA Selling Ceremony: Define and standardize the in-store service, ensuring it reflects the brand's positioning of meaningful/everyday luxury.
- E-Learning & Innovation: Create engaging digital modules and workshops to support a blended learning environment (classroom, digital, and on-the-floor).
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with HR and Retail Leadership to align training goals with business KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV).
2. Training Delivery & Implementation
- Lead Training Sessions: Facilitate high-energy workshops for Sales Associates/Supervisor, and HQ staff to deepen their understanding of the brand story and collections.
- Train-the-Trainer: Build capability within Sales Associates/Supervisor to act as day-to-day coaches, ensuring training sticks long after the workshop ends.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with Retail Merchandisers and Marketing to design rapid-deployment training for new collections, ensuring the team is ready to sell on launch day.
3. Performance Management & Development
- Field Coaching: Spend significant time in stores observing behaviors, providing real-time feedback, and modeling best practices.
- Measure Impact: Monitor the effectiveness of training through mystery shopping results, sales performance analysis, and staff competency assessments.
- Talent Growth: Identify high-potential staff and create development pathways to foster employee growth and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Retail Training, L&D, or a Store Management role with a heavy focus on coaching. Experience in Jewelry, Fashion, or Beauty is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Clienteling and relationship selling.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills. Fluent in both English and Thai (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms (LMS) or creating digital training content is a plus.
- Energetic personality and exceptional engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel upcountry as required by the company.
