ARCC Group provides outsourced revenue management to hotels and resorts across Southeast Asia. We work as an extension of our clients commercial teams, covering revenue management, OTA strategy, distribution, and analytics.

The Role

Full-time, on-site across client properties in Bangkok. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will support a portfolio of hotel clients with the analytical work that sits behind good revenue decisions.

Day to day:

• Monitor and report on RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, pace, and pickup across client properties
• Evaluate pricing and demand patterns and flag opportunities or risks
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and rolling forecasts
• Analyse distribution channel performance and support OTA strategy
• Build and maintain Excel models and reporting tools
• Assist with ad-hoc commercial analytics and month-end reviews

What we need:

• Hotel experience is required, ideally in revenue, reservations, or distribution
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into a clear recommendation
• Good written and verbal English and Thai

What this is not:

A back-office reporting role. You will be working on live client accounts with senior revenue managers who expect you to think, not just produce output.
