Job Description

Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining the smooth result delivery according to service checklist for CROS hotel(s) and financial objectives.
  • Support hotel's yield opportunities via analysis and reporting for segmentation and distribution channels as per seasonality and market condition
  • Support hotel's accurate entry and validate for daily, weekly and monthly basis for monitoring performance against budget and forecast
  • Ensure the necessary reports are maintained and systematically analyzed such as STR, OTA Insight, Duetto, etc.
  • Solve issue and understand the commercial connectivity system diagram
  • Proactively monitor inventory movement according to the hotel sales strategy
  • Assist Revenue Manager for short and long-term forecasts
  • Compile information and present information strategies as requested.
  • Stay current on competitors and other internet travel distribution channels.
  • Overview of Reservations team
  • Take on the role of key user of PMS system
  • Monthly reporting (Sales KPI, Statistical, etc)

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) in field of Revenue Management, E-Distribution and/or Reservations
  • Must have analytical and data interpretation skills, as well as understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Must have a ability to lead and follow initiatives and multi-tasking, leadership, and accountability for team actions.
  • Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
  • Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
