BASIC FUNCTION: The Revenue Analytics & BI Manager is the engine room of our commercial strategy. Your mission is to centralize and automate our data ecosystem, migrating the organization from manual tabular reporting to sophisticated Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards. By owning the data lifecycle, you will empower the Revenue, Distribution, and Corporate leadership teams to stop building reports and start executing high-level strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Intelligence Transformation
- From Reporting to Insights: Lead the evolution of our revenue culture from static, manual tables to dynamic Power BI dashboards that provide at-a-glance strategic insights.
- Data Visualization: Design and maintain intuitive BI tools that allow AVP of Revenue and Corporate DOR to identify trends and strategize with Marketing and Commercial teams instantly.
2. Analytics Centralization & Efficiency
- Workflow Optimization: Assume full ownership of all consolidated analytics currently distributed across the team. Your goal is to decouple Data Processing from Strategic Planning.
- Team Empowerment: Centralize analytics for the Central Distribution team, allowing them to focus exclusively on distribution health and channel optimization. Support the Corporate Revenue & Corporate Sales Team by automating consolidated revenue pace and productivity reports, allowing them to focus on driving business performance rather than generating the reports.
3. Forecasting & Performance Governance
- Weekly Performance Architecture: Own the production of the Weekly Forecast and OTB (On-The-Books) reports, ensuring accuracy in variance analysis against budget with high-level commentary.
- Consolidated Pace Oversight: Manage the consolidated pace of all hotels, ensuring a single source of truth for the entire portfolio.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with the AVP of Revenue & Distribution to develop and optimize Revenue BI Dashboards. You will manage the visualization of performance across market segments, booking channels, and geographic trends, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.
This role is pivotal in empowering the Corporate Revenue and Marketing teams to leverage these insights to drive sophisticated, data-driven commercial strategies.
Technical Profile & Requirements:
- Power BI Mastery (Mandatory): Advanced experience in Power BI is a non-negotiable requirement. You should be able to build, manage, and troubleshoot complex data models.
- The Insight Lens: A proven ability to look at a table of numbers and translate it into a visual story that identifies risks and opportunities.
- Efficiency Specialist: You have a work smarter mindset, with a passion for automating repetitive manual tasks to save hundreds of collective team hours.
- Hospitality Context: Previous experience in Hotel Analytics or Revenue Management is highly preferred to understand the nuances of Revenue Metrics.
