Lead small projects and co-own initiatives with cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio full-funnel performance—from app download to customer's repayment
Design and run data-driven experiments using clear hypotheses and measurable metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of product features or campaigns
Collaborate with other teams such as acquisition team and collection team to develop, launch, and optimize commercial, engagement, and repayment campaigns
Take ownership of key portfolio metrics, ensuring trends are understood, monitored, and acted upon in a timely manner
Deliver clear, structured insights to internal stakeholders and management through concise reporting and presentations
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to investigate performance changes and work with execution teams to align on root causes, recommended actions, and operational adjustments
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or other quantitative fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
Data-driven, scientific and experimentation mindset
Ability to communicate in both English and Thai effectively
Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
