Revenue Management Executive

Job Summary

The Revenue Management Specialist is responsible for supporting revenue optimization through profitability analysis, pricing management, discount administration, and system configuration. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure pricing accuracy, commercial compliance, and effective revenue management.

Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Profitability Analysis

• Conduct profitability analysis for customized solutions and new business opportunities.

• Evaluate gross margin performance by customer, product, and service.

• Support pricing reviews and provide commercial insights to improve revenue performance.

• Prepare revenue and profitability reports for management review.

2. Pricing & Discount Management

• Manage customer pricing and discount requests in accordance with company policies.

• Coordinate discount approvals, renewals, and commercial terms with the Sales team.

• Monitor discount validity and support timely contract renewals.

• Ensure pricing consistency and compliance across all customer accounts.

3. System Configuration & Commercial Administration

• Maintain customer pricing, discount, and commercial settings in internal systems.

• Ensure accurate system configuration for new customer onboarding and contract updates.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to implement pricing and commercial changes.

• Support continuous improvement of revenue management processes and system controls.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Experience in pricing, commercial operations, revenue management, or sales operations is preferred.
