Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Yield Management: Develop and implement forward-thinking pricing and distribution strategies to maximize RevPAR and market share.
  • E-Commerce Oversight: Manage and optimize the hotel's digital presence across all distribution channels, ensuring brand integrity and rate parity.
  • Data Translation: Monitor market trends and competitor sets (STR) to provide high-level reporting and forecasting that guides ownership and management decisions.
  • Channel Optimization: Master the ecosystem of OTAs, GDS, and direct booking engines to ensure The Siam is positioned effectively across all global platforms.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to align promotional efforts with inventory needs and demand cycles.
  • Continuous Innovation: Evaluate and integrate new revenue management technologies and tactics to keep The Siam at the forefront of the industry.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present monthly performance reviews and strategic outlooks with confidence, clarity, and vision.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Revenue, distribution and E-Commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Familiar with hotel rate management software (Ideas, SiteMinder / Opera are a plus / Lighthouse / STR reporting tools).
  • Solid background in reservations operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident in presentations and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills both English (written and spoken).
