Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Rewards and Benefits Specialist, located in either Nonthaburi or Samut Prakan. The Rewards and Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the local Rewards & Benefits Country Responsible, HR team, and functional RB team to provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Supporting compensation administration, including annual salary reviews, variable pay programs (ASB), and job mapping to benchmark surveys.
  • Assisting in the management of employee benefits programs by reviewing offerings, ensuring compliance and competitiveness, and participating in global benefits projects.
  • Analyzing market data and providing insights to support compensation and benefits decisions, including cost and range analysis.
  • Advising HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on compensation and benefits policies and practices.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, regional, and global regulations.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to recommend improvements.
  • Supporting projects related to compensation and benefits design, implementation, and review.
  • Assisting with vendor management to ensure cost savings, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
  • Additional certifications in Compensation & Benefits are an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel or Tableau)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
