Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Risk and Compliance Specialist to build, monitor, and safeguard our operational framework. In the physical bullion trading industry, mitigating risk is paramount. You will be responsible for designing workflow systems, monitoring internal processes, conducting rigorous KYC/AML checks on global clients and suppliers, and preventing operational errors.
Key Responsibilities
- System Setup & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve internal operational workflows and risk control frameworks.
- Process Monitoring: Audit and monitor daily operations to ensure all transactions and physical movements adhere to established corporate policies.
- Compliance & Due Diligence: Execute robust KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) procedures for all global customers, suppliers, and institutional partners.
- Risk Mitigation: Define risk parameters, track compliance status, identify potential operational vulnerabilities, and implement immediate corrective actions to prevent errors or fraud.
- Reporting: Prepare compliance and risk assessment reports for the management team and Singapore headquarters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: 25 – 40 years old.
- Experience: Background in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Legal Operations (Experience in Banking, Fintech, or Commodities Trading is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and workflow mapping.
- Language: Fluent in English to effectively evaluate global compliance documents and communicate with international entities.
