Responsible for Risk Management Implementation and reporting for Thai Union Group mainly for Europe and US region under group policy and framework
Responsibility
- Responsible for Risk Management Implementation and reporting for Thai Union Group mainly for Europe and US region under group policy and framework which including:
- Implementation of risk management to subsidiaries management and employees, including the arrangement of risk management training sessions for the management and risk owners as appropriate.
- Gather information of mitigation controls
- Gather risk information and monitor changes of group risks which are a result of risk identification, analysis, assessment performed by risk owners, or information received from the internal audit department, or information on changes in internal or external factors that affect the goals and objectives as well as mitigation controls
- Provide action and support to ensure consistent compliance with risk management process, such as arranging risk assessment workshops.
- Promote awareness of the risk management importance through communication and development of a common understanding of the risk management process throughout the organization for acknowledgement and implementation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business or strong analytical related fields i.e. Finance and Accounting, management, economics, engineering.
- Knowledge in risk management, internal control, business continuity plan, project management
- Experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or internal control or strategy planning > 5 years
- Experience in project management and training
- Experience and knowledge in food industry and OEM
- Fluent in English communication
