Risk Management Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Risk management (RM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, policy, appetite, and manual
• Plan and implement RM and BCM for S and its subsidiaries: workshop, training and test/drill
• Provide guidance and recommendations about the RM and BCM for S and its subsidiaries
• Provide comments and recommendations about the risk and mitigation plans.
• Arrange Risk Management Committee (RMC) meeting
• Review the company risk management good practice by benchmarking with international standard and in compliance with SET
• Support governance requirements i.e. 56-1, CG, DJSI
• Continuously improving the company RM and BCM for good practice
• Support others based on the assignment from CFO

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Economic or related field
• At least 5 years experience in Risk Management. A few years of exposure with hospitality at corporate/property level is preferable.
• Good English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) is a must.
• Experience in implementation of Business Continuity Management
• Strong analytical skill
