Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current distributors performance and commitment level
  • Develop performance evaluation criteria for distributors
  • Search for and initiate partnerships with new distributors based on selection criteria
  • Manage incentive systems:
  • Dealers Incentive System (DIS)
  • Dealers Incentive Program (DIP)
  • Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
  • Lead and coordinate demand forecasting activities
  • Propose sub-dealer trade marketing activities and promotions
  • Maintain strong dealer relationships and support dealer requests
  • Plan visits using journey plans
  • Use RSEM to record and evaluate outlet metrics (grading, NND, FS, beer freshness, competitor updates)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Plan and align with dealers to close targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales / Route-to-Consumer (RTC) / Go-to-Market (GTM), Distributor Management (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and manage external partners.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
