A) Developing and recommending the company&aposs route-to-market strategy in the Top 10 markets globally; jointly leading Sappes Distributors network. Key objective related to RTM is achievement of full distribution of Sappes portfolio in channels aligned with portfolios positioning and where financially possible. This shall be achieved by optimizing cost-to-serve and RELENTESSLY exploring alternative RTM models and configurations.
B) Defining, aligning and implementing Sappes in-store execution picture of success, fostering capability development within distribution network and driving continuous improvement (internal alignment with Sappes center: Marketing, Customer, RGM and Business Development. Identify and recommend execution tracking tools to be rolled out in markets. Standardize reporting tools and consolidate reporting for managements visibility.
C) Identifying and recommending best-in-class SFA solutions to Distributors network promoting excellence in selling process and striving for standardization across markets
