We are looking for an RPA Developer to design, develop, and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), PowerApps. Job Description
- Design and develop RPA solutions using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktopand PowerApps.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into automated workflows.
- Integrate automations with enterprise systems, web applications, APIs, SharePoint, Excel, and email platforms.
- Perform testing, deployment, monitoring, and support of RPA solutions across environments.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, audit, and Power Platform policies.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and operational runbooks.
- Support continuous improvement and automation maturity initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow logic, and rule‑based automation.
- Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data handling, and exception management.
- Understanding of security, access control, and credential management.
- Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, or Azure services.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., banking, financial services, insurance).
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL‑400, PL‑500).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
