Position: S & OP Specialist

Position Reports to: Associate Manager S & OP

Department: Supply Chain

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

General Summary of Position

Supply, Operations & Planning Specialist will support the department's analytical and information needs, such as preparing reports on supply chain KPIs.

Candidates should have a good understanding of the key supply chain processes such as supply planning, inventory deployment, S&OP, and logistics.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities

• Maintain effective communication with internal departments.
• Support supply chain initiatives and new process improvement implementations.
• Work cross functionally among teams to engage stakeholders.
• Reporting and analyzing data to anticipate future need.
• Prepare reports on supply chain KPI's.
• Provide ongoing analysis in areas such as inventory levels, demand planning, On time in full, excess and obsolescence.

Key Position Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

• A minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position within a multinational environment is required.
• Ability to read, understand and analyze basic Supply Chain data.
• Experience in process improvement
• Well-developed IT skills (MS Office applications)
• Knowledge on Power BI will be advantage.
• Be able to work with a different time zone.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in one of these areas: Supply chain management, International Trade, Mathematics

Languages

• Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Planning and prioritizing skills
• Proactively follow up on open issues
