Safety and Environmental Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Logistics Safety

• Monitor safety performance through the Logistics Control Center (LCC), including warnings, alerts, unsafe events, near misses, and driving behavior.

• Analyze risks and provide safety recommendations for logistics operations and onsite activities.

• Develop, improve, and monitor compliance with logistics safety standards.

• Consolidate and report logistics safety performance.

2. Manage Road Safety

• Monitor unsafe incidents and implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Develop monitoring systems and promote safe driving awareness.

• Analyze data and recommend accident prevention measures.

3. Manage Safety Crisis Management

• Support preparedness and crisis response for safety incidents and emergency situations.

4. Coordinate Field Operations

• Conduct site check-ins through the Site Insight application.

• Support issue resolution related to SCG construction materials.

• Build effective relationships with construction teams and related business units.

• Prepare and present reports or executive summaries to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or Professional Safety Officer certification.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Safety Management.
• Good knowledge of Logistics Safety and Road Safety principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and connect data.
• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Able to work at the Bang Son office and travel to upcountry locations when required.
• Knowledge of IT, communication media, transportation, or logistics is an advantage.
