- Responsible for driving Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives in a heavy industry environment by ensuring legal compliance, improving workplace safety, reducing risks, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
Our Team
- You will work closely with hiring supervisor and operation team to ensure effective support for safety-related activities and compliance.
What You Will Do
- Review and Update law and other regulations concern, monitor and enforce compliance with applicable regal requirement, regulation and corporate EH&S standard to drive the best practice to company.
- Monitor new legislation related to Environmental, Health and safety, also with facility change as necessary.
- Provide guidance and technical support to management regarding safety issues.
- To follow the company policy and promote company activities to be achieved the company objective.
- Implement performance standard, procedure and KPIs that allow accurate measurement of performance.
- Develop and continuous improvement for emergency disaster plans.
- Identify, investigate report and provide guidance relative to root cause of incident (RCA)
- Develop and provide guidance for chemical management control in company.
- Subcontractor management control
- Develop and management safety training program for employees.
- Conduct employees, sub-contractor management program and regulation compliance related with health and safety.
- Apply PBM culture to align with EH&S jobs
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Safety Health and environmental position with safety professional level.
- Excellent knowledge of Thai occupational health and safety regulations.
- Good English and Thai comprehension and communication skills.
- Good command of Computer literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, fast learning, service mind, working as team and able to work under pressure in the multinational working environmental.
