About us

• Monitor and control transport safety operations to ensure compliance with company safety standards and legal requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for transport operations and subcontractors.
• Investigate transport incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor driver behavior, defensive driving performance, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and communication sessions for drivers and transport staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with transport safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Monitor driver safety performance and safe driving behavior.
• Conduct transport safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate and conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and safety communications.
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance and OSCP requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transport safety, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of transport safety regulations, defensive driving principles, and risk assessment.
• Experience in accident investigation and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct safety training and communicate effectively with drivers and subcontractors.
