Safety Manager

Our client, a global food ingredients manufacturer, is seeking a Safety Manager to lead all occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities across manufacturing operations in Thailand. This role is responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations.

The Safety Manager will oversee workplace safety programs, conduct risk assessments and safety audits, lead incident investigations, and implement preventive and corrective actions to minimize operational risks. The role will also work closely with cross-functional teams to improve employee awareness, strengthen safety practices, and ensure a safe working environment for employees and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Professional Safety Officer is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in HSE management within food manufacturing, food ingredients, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Thai occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.
• Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
• Able to work on alternative Saturday.
