About the role
This is a full-time position as a QHSE Officer/Supervisor at CEVA Logistics (Thailand) Ltd. in Samut Prakan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing QHSE policies, procedures and training programs
- Conducting regular inspections, audits and assessments to identify and address QHSE issues
- Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective and preventative measures
- Monitoring and reporting on QHSE performance metrics
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on QHSE matters
- Providing guidance and support to operational teams on QHSE best practices
- Promoting a positive QHSE culture and encouraging employee engagement
What we're looking for
- Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification in a QHSE-related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a QHSE supervisory or management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
- Thorough understanding of QHSE regulations, standards and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in both Thai and English languages
